​Booking and Preparation
To confirm your booking, a £200 deposit is required to secure your preferred event date.
The full remaining payment is then due two months (60 days) prior to the event. This timeline ensures our production team has sufficient time to meticulously design and create all the custom branding and 3D printed elements required for your package.

Bespoke Branding & Unique Visions
For truly unique visions, we love to go off-script! If your brand requires something specific or special that isn't covered in these tiers - whether it's custom track design or unique structural elements - don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are more than happy to discuss bespoke projects and create a custom package tailored specifically for your needs.

Travel and Logistics
Mileage and Fees
To make things easy, we cover the first 200 miles round-trip to your event location completely free of charge. Beyond this initial distance, a minimal fee of £50 will be applied for every subsequent 50 miles travelled (or part thereof).

City Congestion Charges
Please note that any necessary ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) or Congestion charges incurred when travelling into specific central city areas will be passed on and added to your final invoice.

Accommodation Policy
For events that require very early setup, late finishes, or multi-day bookings, we may need to factor in the cost of local overnight accommodation for our team.

Rest assured, we are committed to being as cost-effective as possible. We always prioritise the cheapest, safest accommodation available, and we utilise our own comfortable campervan whenever possible to keep these potential accommodation costs to an absolute minimum.
