2025
We partnered with Porsche Centre Wolverhampton to create a bespoke, winter-themed racing experience for their exclusive client evening. The scope included a custom-designed "Alpine Pass" circuit featuring brand-specific signage and digital timing to complement the luxury showroom aesthetic. The activation served as the event's centrepiece, driving high levels of guest engagement and friendly competition throughout the night.
Summary
Commissioned by Porsche Centre Wolverhampton for their exclusive December VIP night, this project demanded an entertainment solution that could stand toe-to-toe with the automotive royalty in the room.
With the legendary #23 Le Mans winner and a Formula E Safety Car taking centre stage, a standard slot car track would have felt out of place. Our goal was to build a miniature world that mirrored the luxury and heritage of the Porsche brand. We designed a bespoke "Porsche Pass" winter circuit, overcoming the challenge of the showroom environment by creating a custom-built alpine landscape complete with snow-dusted mountains, illuminated tunnels, and direction signage accurate to the real-world distances between Wolverhampton and Stuttgart.
Challenge
The track served as the dynamic heartbeat of the event, successfully bridging the gap between formal speeches and social interaction. By introducing a high-stakes "fastest lap" competition for a ride-on Porsche, we transformed passive observers into competitive racers. The project demonstrated that with the right attention to detail and scenic design, 1:32 scale racing can deliver a premium brand experience that captivates a high-end audience.
Solutions
This project was significant because it required us to match the visual standard of one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. Surrounded by icons like the #23 Le Mans winner, a standard track setup would have felt out of place. The challenge was to create an installation that felt like a seamless part of the showroom rather than a temporary add-on.
To achieve this, we moved away from generic layouts and engineered a bespoke "Porsche Pass" narrative. We hand-crafted a winter alpine environment featuring snow-dusted mountains and custom signage accurate to the kilometre - connecting the Wolverhampton dealership to Porsche HQ in Stuttgart. This meticulous attention to detail transformed the track into an immersive brand experience. The result was an electric atmosphere where the visual quality of the build encouraged guests to engage deeply, turning a casual game into the highlight of the evening.
