Bespoke Track

Central London

2026

We delivered a premium racing feature for Beale & Co, an international construction law firm, at their Bishopsgate headquarters in Central London. The installation transformed their 4th-floor office with a fully branded track, including custom pits, barriers, and a bespoke four-lane bridge. As our first activation in this restricted zone, the project required navigating strict access times and complex vertical logistics without standard loading bays. Through meticulous planning and specialised equipment, we overcame these urban constraints to deliver a flawless, high-energy event.

Summary

The event was a resounding success, transforming a corporate boardroom into a high-energy racing arena in the heart of the City. The bespoke branding - featuring the custom 4-lane bridge and construction motifs - perfectly resonated with Beale & Co’s industry identity, creating an immersive experience for guests. Despite the demanding logistical backdrop, the operation ran seamlessly, allowing the client to focus purely on the competition. This project highlighted our ability to navigate complex Central London environments to deliver a premium, professional service that engages and entertains.

Challenge

Restricted Zone Access: Due to strict new traffic restrictions on Bishopsgate, there was zero vehicle access permitted directly outside the office between 7am and 7pm. We had no loading bay and could not pull up to the kerb.

Remote Offloading: We were forced to park five minutes away from the venue. The entire track, including the four-lane bridge and branding elements, had to be manually transported through central London streets using specialised trolleys and board dollies.

Complex Internal Navigation: Getting into the building required navigating a convoluted route: down a flight of stairs and via a service lift just to reach the main elevator bank, followed by a final haul up to the 4th-floor boardroom.

Vehicle Logistics: Once the equipment was dropped, the vehicle had to be moved to a car park 20 minutes away, requiring the crew to catch an Uber back to the site to begin the build.

Extended Operational Window: To mitigate these risks and guarantee the track was race-ready for the 6pm start, the team undertook a 15-hour shift, leaving at 11am and not returning until 2am.

Solutions

Investment in Handling Equipment: To manage the long haul from the drop-off point, we utilised heavy-duty board dollies and flatbed trolleys. This allowed us to transport large track sections and the 4-lane bridge safely across pavement and roads without damaging the kit or causing obstruction.

Strategic Time Buffering: Recognising the "red route" complications and vertical logistics, we significantly extended our standard load-in window. Leaving at 11am for a 6pm event provided a crucial safety margin, ensuring the setup was relaxed and precise rather than rushed.

Agile Logistics Coordination: We implemented a two-stage arrival system where the crew offloaded equipment rapidly before relocating the vehicle to long-stay parking 20 minutes away, utilising ride-share services to return to site immediately to maximise setup time.

Seamless Installation: Despite the complex route through stairs and multiple lifts, we executed a clean installation within the boardroom. We ensured all transit gear was stored discreetly, leaving a pristine, fully branded environment ready for the client’s arrival.
